We welcome your financial support in the following areas:

Core Support – to strengthen our reach and infrastructure by acquiring new technologies, trainings, and other important resources;
Research and Development – so we can launch promising research initiatives and projects that are timely and responsive to the needs of the community
The Latino Leadership Opportunity Program (LLOP) – the Institute’s signature program, which provides leadership and public policy training for undergraduate Latino/a students at UMass Boston; and.
The Andres Torres Paper Series on Latinos in the US. Endowed through an initial grant by Robert Hildreth and matched by donations by a broad cross-section of our community, the Torres Series sponsors a competition for research on Latino in the U.S. in honor of one of the Institute’s former directors.

To make a gift by check to one of the projects above, please include a note with your check indicating your selection. If no specific selection is made, the donation will go towards Core Support.

To make your gift on-line please,please visit the University's secure donation page. Once there, please designate the gift to the Gaston Institute for Latino Community Development and Public Policy, which appears on the page. Carefully fill out all the personal information. Use the “Comments” area at the end of the page to select a specific project for your gift by indicating there that your gift should be directed to the Core Support, Research and Development, the Latino Leadership Opportunity Program or the Andres Torres Paper Series. If no specific selection is made, the donation will go towards Core Support.
